Technical issues from student’s side (e.g., poor internet, devices)❌ No refund
Duplicate payment✅ Refund after verification (within 7–10 working days)

If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method after approval.

To initiate a refund (if eligible), please:

  2. Mention your full name, course name, batch details, and payment proof
  3. State the reason for refund clearly

Our team will respond within 2–3 working days with the outcome.

If you’re unable to continue due to genuine personal reasons, you may request a batch transfer or pause the course for future resumption (one-time only), subject to approval.
