At Mentor Language Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality language education and coaching services. We also value transparency and fairness when it comes to course fees and refunds.
1. General Refund Policy
- Once a student enrolls and the first session or class has been attended, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds are only applicable if a student requests cancellation before the start of the course, subject to administrative deductions (if any).
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment | ✅ Refund after verification (within 7–10 working days) |
3. Online Course & Certification Programs
- For self-paced or online courses with downloadable content, no refunds will be issued once login credentials or materials are shared.
- Certification exam fees (if paid by the student) are non-refundable after registration.
4. Franchise or Partner Enrollments
- Refund requests for enrollments made through authorized franchisees or third-party partners must be directed to that branch, and will follow their local refund policy.
5. Refund Timeline
If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method after approval.
6. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund (if eligible), please:

- Mention your full name, course name, batch details, and payment proof
- State the reason for refund clearly
Our team will respond within 2–3 working days with the outcome.
7. Non-Refundable Components
- Registration Fees
- Study Materials / PDFs once shared
- Certification Fees
- Administrative charges (if applicable)
8. Course Transfer
If you’re unable to continue due to genuine personal reasons, you may request a batch transfer or pause the course for future resumption (one-time only), subject to approval.
